Modular technology concept: REMEX’s recycling approach encompasses technical solutions for the recovery of ressources hidden in mineral waste. Three main streams can be distinguished: the mineral fraction as the largest proportion, followed by iron scrap and non-ferrous metals. In order to provide the market with the best recycled quality construction materials, purified metals and metal concentrates, the individual material streams are additionally treated using special technologies.
Recycling technologies: The special technologies include MERIT for dry mechanical processing of non-ferrous metal, techniques for improving mineral qualities such as HMT hydrological treatment as well as sorting and cleaning of ferrous metals. Integration of these solutions into the recycling process can be carried out in new plants – as integral part of the planning phase – as well as optimisation of existing ones. The key to success is the adjustment to the corresponding material flows, accompanied by parameter adaptation based on continuous monitoring of recovery rates and qualities.
